Xtreme Nomads was founded by Glenn, a passionate adventurer and seasoned water sports instructor with over 20 years of experience from around the world

But Xtreme Nomads is more than just Glenn—it's a community of expert instructors and like-minded adventurers who are passionate about helping you push your limits, develop new skills, and make memories that last a lifetime.

Glenn Swart
Founder & Head of Training
A passionate adventurer and seasoned water sports instructor with over 20 years of experience. From Asia to Australia, South America to Spain, Glenn has lived and breathed adventure and travels before returning to the UK in 2016. With a wealth of expertise as the store manager at Surface2Air Sports and two decades of teaching experience, Glenn knows what it takes to craft the ultimate adventure holiday.
Jose
Kitesurfing, winging & snowkiting instructor
Boardsport Enthusiast & Year-Round Instructor.
From Malaga, Spain, his passion is adventure sports. With over 15 years of experience as a certified kitesurf and wing instructor, plus in winter season as a ski and snowboard instructor, Jose truly lives and breathes boardsports all year round. His infectious energy and knack for making people smile ensure every trip is as fun as it is unforgettable.
Pierre
Kitesurfing, winging & snowkiting instructor
Originally from France. Pierre has travelled the world teaching kitesurfing in destinations like Australia, Asia, East Africa, and Italy. As a respected kite and board tester for Kitesurf Mag, his expertise in the sport is second to none. Known for his warm personality and wealth of knowledge, Pierre is one of the kindest and most insightful people you’ll ever meet.
